“We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready!
It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!!
We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00.
We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on.
I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair.
We were not impressed at all!”
“I loved the modern decor of the suite. The suite was clean and neat, the bed was super comfortable. The main bathroom was specious. The view of the pool was rejuvenating. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely call again. ”
“The Hotel has so much potential but there is a clear lack of care. During breakfast the linen was dirty. The breakfast was poor considering it cost R200 per person.
The hotel is not cheap, but leaves a lot to be desired.”
