“The food is delicious and the service is excellent, the rooms was very clean, we definately gonna book again when coming back”

“We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!”

“The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. The room, while on the small side, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed. There were a number of small items which detracted from my stay. “We ended up staying at another property due to locals warning us that the area where this property is situated is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and that the would not recommend us going there at all. We were expecting to arrive after dark thus did not want to take the chance.”

“Definitely different. Beautiful African beadwork, artwork and spectacular wood furnishings. One could spend hours soaking it all up. Our arrival was disappointing. Taken in through a side door to our room with no orientation about the palace its surroundings local places to eat. Exterior beautiful gardens neglected. Viewing deck total overgrown. Old rusty ladder lying their. Lounge pool dirty and definitely not five stars although it could be. All out door seating areas too dirty to sit on. A……

“ We loved the garden and it was handy for what we wanted. The pool was not cleaned and there were no sunbeds with cushions or an umbrella. The room was alright and the kitchen, shared, ok. The breakfast was very limited ,cereal ,yogurt and make your own toast and fruit juice. The whole place needs an update and the outside cushions were covered in cat hair.”

“Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there. Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle. New linen is needed so as the towels. No floor matts bedroom and bathroom yet it's tiles. They can make use of the fabric softener ,……
