“First of all they only had one key to the room. This was never communicated to me until Sunday when evening when I found my room the way I left in the morning. I engaged them and only then I found out that I was supposed to leave my key with them. No cutlery, cups glasses in the room for coffee and or eating at night. I requested a breakfast pack on Saturday night for Sunday morning as I was going to run Comrades Marathon at 05h00 and was told that's not possible. Their contact number on their……

“Location was ok, the beach was close. Not many restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room was really nice and clean and the garden and the pool were great. We booked via hotels.com a room including breakfast, but at hotel they asked money for the breakfast. Owner of the place was not friendly or helpful. The staff was polite but a little bit helpless and not very good at customer service.”
