“We had to come to DC for business on short notice and this place was perfect! Great location, perfect setup and everything we needed! Great communication with the property owner when needed as well. “The property was just as advertised. Great for a couple. There were many restaurants within walking distance. There was a Metro stop four short blocks away at Mt. Vernon Square. We were able to unwind after a day of seeing historical sites.”

The location of the home is a 15 minute walk (.6 mile) to the nearest subway station. It rained one day so that wasn’t much fun. The unit is cute but sound travels. Overall a great stay because of great and responsive hosts.”

“This was a great property, clean, and comfortable. Our host greeted us when we arrived and provided information about the area - restaurants and grocery stores. It is very close to Navy Yard! It was an easy walk to the Metro to get to the Mall. ”

“The property was clean and well maintained. Property manager reached put a few days nefore hand to state how check in would go and if anything was needed. Property was close to all things needed.Would.highly recommend!”

The layout allowed for us to each have our own space which always helps when traveling with family :)It had everything we needed to make breakfast, do some laundry and chill after a day in DC. The bus to Georgetown was on the corner and the Metro to other parts of DC was a few minute walk. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk around it. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s were an easy walk away. Would definitely stay……

“The place was clean. The host was very nice and offered helpful advice and tips on travel in and out of the city. Check in was simple and check out was a breeze. We felt welcomed when we came in and were very pleased with our stay.”

“Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. Must make sure that you have -all- of your personal effects before closing the door! For the most part, I spent the vast majority of my time across the way at the hotel. Company……

It was close to all the things we needed, i.e, shopping restaurants, the sites and museums of DC and family we were visiting. It was extremely spacious; large enough to accommodate our family and even keep our grand daughters with us while we were in the area. The unit had all we need and had beds so comfortable, my wife and I are looking to buy the same type of mattresses for our own home. We loved the unit……
