“Located between Destin and pcb but closer to pcb. Very quiet. Beach is a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes. Private access doesnt have any hose etc to rinse off, and the steps are steep so taking the cart isn't super easy. But house is nice and pool is nice also. The decor is Wayfair gone wild lol.”

“Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved.”

“This home was the perfect size for our stay and a great location with easy beach access. The owner has done a great job stocking their home. The kitchen has everything we needed and they even had lots of games and books, beach toys, bags, a cooler and beach chairs for guests to use which was much appreciated. They also had lots of hooks and places to hang beach towels which was so awesome. This unit is near the pool and an easy walk to the beach! Two things to be aware of- We were given 1 trash……

“The house is exactly as shown in the pictures . It was our family of 5 and we had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was easy and we did rent chairs prior to arrival which i would definitely recommend.”
