“This could not have been more of a perfect stay. Donna is very kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay! The rental was clean, and well-equipped with almost everything we could possibly need while we were there. The beach was peaceful and private, and we saw all kinds of sea life, birds, and even a red fox! Sitting on the balcony when not on the beach was very relaxing and quiet. The rental is so close to the beach that we could make several trips in one day! We left……

“This is such a a great location. The neighborhood feels secluded and quiet, but it’s so close to everything. Quang is a very attentive host, and he always answers messages quickly. This is our fourth year, and we plant to continue coming back. Highly recommend this rental!”

“This unit is on a very quiet street. We took a walk in the morning to the end of the lane where there is a view of the creek, which is a nice birdwatching area. It’s a great place to just crash, shower and fix a meal if you are on the beach all day. Great restaurants very close by. Bed is listed as a queen, but is a really a double or full, which was ok. Would stay again. :)”

“We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed — especially for cooking. A big plus was having a washer and dryer available. There was plenty of parking, and the location was super convenient, close to restaurants, stores, Rehoboth Beach (15 min), and Sports at the Beach (20 min). Kathryn was a wonderful host—very communicative, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful, well decorated space. Nice location, restaurant on the river a quick walk across the street. The only negative for us was that the open ceiling design, while visually interesting, meant that the bedrooms shared an open air ceiling that also opened to the living space, so you need to be extra quiet when a kid is asleep in the morning or if one person is going to bed earlier then the rest. Overall a great place to stay!”

“Property listing is very accurate. Location was a bit off the beaten path but convenient to drive to either beach town, we spent morning at shops in Lewes and afternoon by ocean on Rehoboth. Cottage was very clean, comfortable. We brought our dog and there was a nice marsh area to walk her. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall it was a very nice place to stay”

“Our second year here & it was as comfortable and quiet as last year. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the pool a lot this time. The house could use some things in the kitchen, such as a cookie sheet or two & a crockpot to help with easier meals for after a beach day for those who want to eat in. Other than that, the second bedroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and still had sand on the floor but was easy clean up with the vacuum they have available. We will most likely be back next year due……
