“The property itself was a small cottage. Very clean and part of a large rental development. However, it was very difficult to find. The map was not helpful and signage is very poor. Additional fees to have access to amenities such as tennis( which we did not use since we only stayed one night ) was not disclosed until after booking. This is unacceptable!”

The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area. “We stayed wi the my in laws and it was beautiful and close to Rehobeth boardwalk. Property owner was very quick to reply or answer any questions we had. Only problem is we did not know it was on 2nd floor and my in laws have mobility issues but we made it work. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

We booked the condo initially to enjoy a nice Father's Day weekend my extending our time down in DE for my son's baseball tournament nearby.
