“The unit was clean and well stocked with essentials for bathrooms and the kitchen. The neighbors were all very friendly and it offered easy access to food stores, seafood markets and a short ride to the beach. Our fur baby enjoyed walks on the nature trail and there were plenty of refuse recepticals in and around the unit. The only thing we were confused about was where the recycling recepticals were. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach — and our pups had the best time running and playing in the sand. “Property owner, claims VRBO booked property without his knowledge. So it ended up being double booked. He made us pay 500 additional to stay. Although he did allow us to stay an additional night. Its the principal. The kitchen was full of ants. He had someone come and put ant traps down but that still didn't help. Non of the beds had sheets on them. I have never rented a house that doesn't have clean linen on the beds when you get there. Definitely do not recommend. ”

“This is a great property for a family looking for a quiet bay beach. LEWES is a beautiful little town and the house was beautiful. The owners were very responsive when there were weather issues and we enjoyed our stay very much. Has all the amenities you could need and an elevator for anybody that can’t do the stairs.
