“Yes, the ocean view was fantastic. Several steep stairs to get into the house. There wasn't a home guide at the house and we had to reach out to the owner to get the guide send electronically. We enjoyed the hot tub. That said, not sure how the house could sleep 12; there are only three bedrooms - a pull out couch in the sunroom and the man cave should not be considered bedrooms. “We were so charmed by this place, it is a sweet and quiet green house nestled into a few trees on a small hill. Perfect location, short drive to point Reyes station. “Gorgeous views of Bodega Bay from three large window in living areas. Missed having a microwave. Otherwise, kitchen well-equipped. Parking tight and felt like we were intruding on the dilapidated house in front. A bit of a trek bringing suitcases and supplies in from the back alley and into the backyard to the back of the house. Beds were comfortable and the houses was well-suited for our two children and two small dogs. ”

“This is a 28' travel trailer with a slideout. It is in a great location in Inverness for exploring Pt Reyes and we stayed for three nights. As it is a travel trailer, I would think it would be tight for more than a couple or perhaps a child that sleeps on the sofa bed, but I would think any more than that and it will get really crowded with suitcases.
