“The Sanderling Sea Cottages were perfectly situated right on the beach, ideally located between Yachats and Waldport. When we arrived, the cottage was spotless and beautifully maintained. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the master bedroom offered a stunning, unobstructed view of the ocean.We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, which also looked out over the water. One of the highlights of our stay was watching whales breach from our balcony—an unforgettable experience. The beach……

“Great cottage for 2 people. Had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Mostly walked because only 4 blocks to downtown. Would stay here again!”

Even though it is in a 4 unit building we never heard our neighbors unless we were all on the outside patio at the same time. The views and access to the beach were incredible! If it is not foggy, the sunset is spectacular and we watched gray whales right off the beach. The location is just minutes from Yachats or Waldport, which both have amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. It was not a chore to run out……
