“This was a very cool place to stay right on Bay Street and close to everything! The back deck looks out on the river where we saw plenty of wild life and a spectacular view of the historic bridge. It was very private and quiet even though it was in the heart of the town. It was beautifully restored and I highly recommend to stay here.”

“View of the bridge and river fantastic. Town had very little parking, so walking from the condo was perfect. Less than a minute to restaurants and coffee shop.”

“The architecture of the house, both inside and out, was gorgeous. It is really amazingly designed and very attractive, though old and needing some TLC at this point. There was no evidence of rodents like others mentioned in the past, but we noticed holes where they could get in. The back patio, the balcony over the water, and the private location within all the greenery were all wonderful. The dock had a hole leading to it and looked unstable, so we didn't venture onto it. “Loved the quiet cozy feel of the condo, I might suggest a fan over the bed. The layout is nice! The walk to the beach was an easy one down, beautiful sunset! Jeff was easy to communicate with as well. Instructions were clear.”

“The beach access and the property was very private, beautifully landscaped secluded. Its romantic and cozy. We will stay here from mow on. I do wish that there was a regular sized fridge.Because going out to eat there's not a lot of options. There's a burner there's a toast oven. I think a small kitchenet would be much more useful. With a regular size fridge? If you don't want to go out to eat, there's just not a lot of options. We did eat at the Adobe, it was absolutely wonderful and. Pretty……
