Quite surprising array of dishes, utensils, only thing one might need is a lighter for the BBQ when the wind is blowing strong the electric igniters couldn't light the propane.Only issue we had was the code quit working for the door and we were locked out for 35 minutes waiting on a reply to text and email for help.We'll be back, lovely location, quiet, right on the beach”

“This is a nice house in a good location. Be aware that the dunes cover a lot of the ocean view from the house but it is a nice private location on a quiet beach. There weren’t any outside chairs provided so be sure to bring your camp chairs from home. If they have a shoulder strap you can carry them to the top of the dunes to see the sunset.”

“It was perfect for what we needed. Very close to excellent. Wish there was a very very good option. Not fancy, but short walk to beach, good location, and our own deck made for a lovely stay. Would go back.”

“The Overlook provides a perfect location when staying in Yachats whether for 3 days or for 2 weeks. During our 2 weeks we loved starting each morning with a dog walk to the local sandy beach. Morning coffee and pastry at the Green Salmon was just a block away, as were out-to-eat options at the Luna Fish House and Drift Inn. Plus the grocery story is just a block away. We loved that daily walks allowed us a choice to access the rugged rocky coast or miles of sandy beaches. Of course, we always……
