“Well maintained older property with a gorgeous view across a large backyard. A great place to crash while exploring Maine. Everything we needed was available plus more entertainment in the garage we didn’t have time to take advantage of. The A/C splits were a welcome addition since it was 90 on some of our days there. ”

“The home is spacious and perfect for a large family vacationing in the Blue Hill area. The house and kitchen was well equipped for large groups. Ample supply of paper products was also a welcome surprise given past homes we have rented that had no Kleenex, minimal toilet paper and no paper towels. The grill, deck and fire pit were all well set up and the property quiet and peaceful. Great property!”

“We really enjoyed ourselves. The home was nice we all felt at home and comfortable. We had a chilly week so the fire pit came in handy. My husband and I went out on a Kayak and Toddy Pond is pretty cool. Beautiful mornings on the deck when the sun rises. The yard is a great size for yard games. ”

“We had a short three day stay in Surry and fell in love with the house. It is a bit of the drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park but we didn’t mind it one bit. The convenience of the location and having a small store across the street really made for a stress free stay. Great back deck made for unforgettable conversations and few beverages to help take in all of the beautiful views full of eagles, osprey, ducks, geese and numerous other wildlife.
