“This adorable place is perfect for two couples or a small family. It is close to everything - Pike's Peak, the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods and an amazing trail system. Groceries also close by with a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Every detail was thought of by these hosts. We arrived to freshly baked cookies (3 kinds), fresh cut flowers, a personalized note and comfy robes laid out in the bedrooms. Coffee and tea were provided and some nice bottles of wine were available to……

“The property was very clean with comfortable furniture. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels and I appreciated the coffee and Keurig. The location is perfect - an easy drive to Colorado College, downtown, the Broadmoor, and Garden of the Gods. There are chickens beside the studio and during my visit one vocal rooster who has been rehomed .”

“We had a great time here. Loved the fireplace, hot tub and chilling on the patio with the fairy lights. Fenced backyard was perfect for our two dogs. The 12-year-old with us loved the casita out back. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!”
