“Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again. ”

“The cottage was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was centrally located and in walking distance of several restaurants. Everything was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage if you are heading to Colorado Springs.”

Location was excellent for exploring Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, North Cheyenne Cañon and Cheyenne Mountain State Park. The cottage is well stocked and the bed was extra comfy. “My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!! ”

“The house was super cute and very clean. The location was good but the neighborhood sometimes was a little sketchy. The house didn't have central air. They had units in both bedrooms but the living room and kitchen would get super hot. I really liked the house a lot. It just needs one more unit in the living room and it would be perfect.”
