“Stayed for a long weekend. Close to many great attractions in Colorado Springs area, and just a short drive to Manitou. Perfect amount of space for two people. It’s a bit closer to the other buildings than it looks in the listing photos, but it’s a very quiet area and the neighborhood is nicely tucked back into the woods while still being right by the highway to get to where you want to go. There is an amazing view of the mountains through the upstairs skylight and the little stream running……

“Great place! It is comfortable and very clean. The host has very thoughtfully made it very accessible with helpful notes placed throughout. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is great! A short drive to 7 falls, garden of the gods, and old colorado city. The hoat communicates very well. The cottage is easy to find. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!”

“Property was very clean. Check in was easy. I loved the interior decor with the gnomes. Couch and bed were very comfortable. Loved the snacks! Only thing that was hard for me was neing so close to the train tracks.”

“This house was just right for our visit to Colorado Springs. The front porch was a great spot for hanging out, and the back yard would have been as well if it hadn't been rainy. Everything was as nice as the descriptions and photos showed. I would gladly stay there again. ”

“We loved Far Cry Cottage… the location was perfect with hiking, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, grocery stores and restaurants all very close. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the hummingbirds flying overhead in the trees. The backyard was secluded and felt very private. The cottage had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay there next time we travel to Colorado Springs area.”

“Great location, spotless clean and comfy, has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Shower has shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and lotion. Iron and an ironing board. A very nice touch was a few bottles of water in the fridge. The owner replies quickly. I didn’t have an umbrella, and they provided one right away. Highly recommended!”
