“My group stayed here to celebrate my fiance's 30th birthday. We are from the area and wanted to stay close. The location was perfect for a night at Pats Place. The house was beautiful and large enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The host was very accommodating & helpful. He made sure the pool was opened & cleaned (even early for us!), offered us an early & late check-in/check-out, and was very communicative and friendly.”

“We came with a group of young adults for their friends funeral. Host was very accommodating when I asked about early check in. Place was beautiful and 15 min walk to beach. Be prepared to drive for any of the top teen fast food places…lol. ”

“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host.”
