“The house was adorable and very clean on the inside. Unfortunately, the yard and outdoor space really needs some TLC as it makes it look like the home is not properly cared for. We had a little trouble figuring out how to get in as the lock box for the key was not hanging on the doorknob and there was a key pad on the door. Someone did answer a text and help us figure it out pretty quickly. There are not alot of kitchen amenities and no regular sized coffee pot or Keurig available. Also,……

“House is super cute & incredibly clean. NOTE: there are stairs up to the house that we didn’t notice, which was a problem for a friend in a wheelchair, but we made it work. Overall, VERY pleased & would recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa. ”

“My daughters and I loved this property. It was very clean and there were SO many small details that made the experience so comfortable. It seems someone lives in the garage. I wish I would have been told this, as I was surprised to walk to my vehicle at 10pm with my daughter's and discover a man being dropped off. ”

“The property was adequate for what we needed. We were looking for a place where my wife could recover from surgery. The hot tub was in the back yard was a plus. The pool was cool even though it was heated to 80 degrees. With outside temps in the 70’s, we didn’t use the pool. The kitchen was very complete even with sharp knives. It would be tight for 4 adults due to the single small bathroom. But it worked for us as a couple of two. ”

“The only thing that I did not like about this property is the water pressure hard to take a shower very low pressure in the water and the cleaning lady didn't clean the floors enough times little Dusty but otherwise all in all I would rent it again yes comfortable quiet very good hard to rinse but otherwise very nice area very nice area”

“Nice house, had everything we needed. Close location with easy access to everything we planned doing while on vacation. A few items could use attention...better grill with a drip pan will help for future. A booklet or binder with some directions for TVs, fan, air conditioner etc. All and all was a great stay.”

“We loved our stay! The Friends theme is fun, but the house is so much more than that. It was clean, roomy, well equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable (beds especially!), and a great location. It's only a few blocks from the center of Ybor City (a quick walk), but not so close that it's noisy. The trolly car to Amelie Arena and downtown is a 7 minute walk, as well as many places to eat. “Very safe quiet more upscale area of Tampa. You can feel the sea breeze from the bay and get a great tan in the large private back yard. The house is very spacious and fully stocked. Close to everything including the bridge to Pinellas county beaches. Great communication from the hosts who are very helpful and welcoming.
