“This is a room in a three bedroom house. I was advised of a young mother and child staying there but not of the couple who were cooking something when I arrived. I liked the lack of carpet but did not like being required to remove my shoes.”

“Mofe is a welcoming and considerate host. The home is 100 years old and has some quirks, which I love. I've started traveling with an extension cord which comes in handy in older homes where outlets are not as frequent and/or easy to access as newer builds. It's very well equipped and has a wonderful deck attached. Only wish it had a bit warmer so I could have enjoyed it more. Thanks again, Mofe!”

“Location worked since we were visiting my brother and family for holiday in the same neighborhood. Clean space, good furnishings, higher quality linens would have been nice. No complaints though, just a suggestion. ”

“Great little spot ! Just what was needed for my trip. Small but better than a hotel room with the needed amenities and in a great family neighborhood!. Clean !! Close to lots of shops and restaurants. ”

“I was driving my daughter down from NY into Lakeland and needed a place close to the main area of Lakeland. I couldn’t have picked a better place! The location is excellent, but most importantly was the place where we stayed. It’s cozy, but gives you everything and more, that’ll you’ll need. I especially loved the small details that have been added to make your stay special. I look forward to coming back to Lakeland and definitely staying here again. ”

“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”
