“The location couldn't have been more ideal. We were able to walk everywhere...all around town. And there was a beautiful view of the town park and the bay from the house. We were there for Christmas, visiting family, and her house was overflowing, so this was a little home-away-from-home. There were some difficulties. “This was a quick getaway for my husband, me, and our 2-year-old grandson. The location of this property is perfect! We could walk over to the waterfront and watch the geese or walk into town for shopping and food. We lost power (a fluke) during our stay, and the owner was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We walked to dinner, and it was back on when we returned. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing house! perfect for my family and our stay in Annapolis. Perfect location to everything. We had all of the amenities we needed and everything was easy to use. If I had one thing negative to say, I wish I could have had my dogs with us, I would have gladly paid a cleaning fee to have them there. Luckily I was able to make other arrangements. “The T. Blades house was the perfect choice for a two day quick getaway for my husband and I. The house is not only filled with period charm and character, but has been lovingly and perfectly restored to make it a very comfortable stay. Immaculately clean and furnished. “We booked this property, along with the other property at the marina for our wedding weekend and WOW - we LOVED our stay. The views from this cute little cottage are phenomenal. We woke up each morning to watch the sunrise. The hosts were extremely accommodating and even helped secure our cake topper that we accidentally left behind in the whirlwind of check-out. This was the perfect spot for our first look as well. I would highly recommend booking this place for a cute romantic stay!”

“This house was perfect for a long weekend! It was very cozy and had multiple living spaces so if you wanted to find some peace and quiet, it was available. It is very close to Edgewater's town and Annapolis and the surrounding areas. We had no issues with the location or neighborhood.
