“Dirty, tissue paper for toilet, only 2 towels, no wash cloths, extremely dusty, very noisy, the air didn’t work, shower curtain didn’t even cover half the shower. We told the front desk we didn’t want to even stay two days and she said they don’t work for Expedia and she couldn’t do anything about it. We only stayed the nite it was so bad Also your site says everything is included. It wasn’t we had to pay for parking. The staff at front desk were unprofessional and it was filthy. Honestly……

“Our hosts couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The room was excellent, with a really comfortable bed, and spotless bathroom. The breakfast choices were plenty for everyone. The Full English being my choice and was excellent. Recommend to everyone.”

“The property is in a great location, but is not kept in a great shape. Beds were super uncomfortable, you cold feel the mattress springs pooking you. The bathroom really need basic updates, a clean, mold free shower curtains would be enough ”

“The hotel was very calm and quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. The 415 bus to York was easy to access. A good choice available for breakfast. Evening mesls st the Fat Abbott pub were fantastic. Lovely pub with great good. Cloisters Spa was really good and i enjoyed an excellent full body swedish massage. Excellent. Relaxing 2 night stay, just what I needed. ”
