“I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this……

“Hi, Just to let you know. The locks of my room was broken even before I got in 2days ago and showed the owner. It had not been repaired, hence I have to carry my luggage with me when I was outside. You mentioned that you would mend it but it was not for last 2days. There was hardly much for the breakfast, just basic. I had not had my breakfast for last 2 days. “Gave 4 stars to1st question for the following reason - Don’t think Hotel should be exclusively “card only” (in the Hotel). It may be easier for them but technology can be unreliable sometimes and not everyone wishes to just use their card - may not even have one. Otherwise all was well. Enjoyed the fact that the chef was “adventurous” and soup or gnocchi were not just the usual flavours. Delicious. ”

“地理位置很好，旁邊就是大教堂，從火車站過去只要向著大教堂方向走就很容易找得到。接待態度很好，離開房間需要交下門匙，另外窗關不了，早上6時開始就會很嘈吵，但還可接受。沒有風扇或冷氣，下午熱得很，但晚上就還好。沒有電梯，要搬行李上房。”

“We really loved our stay at Inn at Cheltenham Parade. Our room had a lovely big comfortable bed with great facilities. The veggie breakfast was delicious and we would stay here again!”
