“I stayed here with my 5 year old daughter. We very much enjoyed this property, the convenience of having beach chairs and cooler, and the close access to the beach! I also appreciated having a washer/dryer in unit. Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again! ”

“Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We……

“Truly right on the beach. Could not be more perfect. The house is in need of updating but clean. The driveway was a bit stressful being very narrow, almost got stuck in sand and could only back out onto busy road. The town center is so cute and very close. We will definitely stay here again.”

“We LOVED our stay at this cottage. Everything was as deacribed and there were the perfect amount of amenities to get us started for the week. The communication with the owner was prompt and clear with any questions we had. It was in perfect walking distance to parks and downtown. It also had onsite parking which was a very nice feature. “First time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and it did not disappoint. The space (room) provided was just enough for me and my fiancé. Unfortunately there isn’t anywhere to store clothes but we were okay with living out of our suitcase. Beds were comfortable, TV in both rooms, ceiling fans and table fans provided (love this-must have fan noise to sleep), shower had great pressure and great temp water, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen even a blender for pool side drinks.
