“We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect. ”

“This is a very charming house and location. The lake view is beautiful, from outdoors and indoors as well. The property owner was very responsive and checked in to ensure we arrived and gave us contacts if needed. Very clean, nice yards, with a nice deck to sit and have breakfast and dinner to enjoy the lake. The dock has a sitting area, which is nice. We unfortunately did not have enough time but did want to use the kayaks that tge owner makes available. I woukd highly recommend this to anyone……

“The cabin was exactly what we were hoping to find, very secluded yet close to everything we were planning to do. Very comfortable and with all the extra little touches that made it feel homey. We loved sitting and watching all of the wildlife around the bird feeder each morning while having breakfast. Phyllis was very accommodating and really goes the extra mile to make your stay perfect!”

“Very small room. Clean, comfortable bed, but tight to move around. Adequate for one night stay. Very walkable neighborhood. No separate sink for kitchen area, but can't really cook, so not an issue. Only one comfortable seat, so if traveling with someone, one must sit on bed. ”

“Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.”

“Great location, great home, lots to do in the area and at the home. Cooked many meals at the house, ate dinner out only once to celebrate 3 family birthdays. Rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Inn one afternoon (awesome time on the lake) and did a couple wine tastings. Wagner was fantastic! Also check out Lakewood for excellent wines as well. Sitting on the porch and in the living room looking out across the lake was perfect. And lots of cornhole games on the front porch. Perfect stay for……

“Beautifully appointed. Every bedroom clean beautiful clean comfortable bedding, looks out on the serenity of Keuka lake. Deck and dock ,upper deck, fire pit all with plenty of seating for our group of 10. Every item you could need in the kitchen was available except salt pepper which we picked up and left for future guests. Baths spotless with plenty clean fluffy towels, even beach towels. We got in a swim in September!!!! Living room comfortable seating for all and open to kitchen. ……

“Perfect cottage getaway for 3 nights. Every room was well furnished. Having the covered back porch and fenced in yard was our favorite feature. Great 'country' vibe but also less than a 10 min drive into town. Can't beat the access to a cool brewery across the street and winery next door. Neat property!”
