“The property is well run. The food is delicious. The accommodations are alright; renovations are underway to update the rooms. The staff is spectacular. Every single one of them. “Service for issues was slow, took 4 days to connect tv and there was only one reastraunt to choose from for meals. I stayed 10 days and the menu got boring by day 5. However, brunch on sunday was fabulous and barbque nights on friday and sat was good too. Allthough it was a seperate charge and we where not made aware of the options, by staff had to figure it out so missed out on the seperate menu. I think the staff should could do a better job at keeping customers aware of events when staying.……

“A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. “As mentioned, I double booked a second rez for a friend to test what was being offered on Expedia - meaning that my 2nd rez I effectively had 2 rooms reserved for the same day; however 3 rooms still shoed being available with private shower. “This is a true gem. The owners were wonderful. They called to check on me and even surprised me with dinner a couple nights (which was amazing). The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it.
