“Big room which is quite rare nowadays. Staff are helpful and helped us to order chicken delivery at midnight.”

“The check in were amazing ! I wish I got her name to make compliment. The concierge staff named - San Lee deserved more. He was so considerate, attentive and very good with communication. He is the best from the hotel. Which unfortunately, other staff seems do not speak English well, and the check out were lack of manpower which caused some delay.”

“The front desk staff was very nice, knowing that I don’t speak much English, and even used a mobile phone translator to talk to me and let me understand the housing regulations and precautions. Thank you very much.”

“It is a really value-for-money choice. For a frequent traveller like me, reasonably priced accommodation is essential. The location is a 5-minute walk from the MTR station and accessible to the central tourist spot in a 30-minute ride. ”

“Nice clean room with daily tidy up service, free drinks at the entrance. However, the refrigerator in my room was not working, the male staff was helpful but the other female staff were just so so. The hotel is actually a bit far from city centre and it took me nearly two hours to get there from the airport. Beware of the 7-11 staff downstairs when u top up your pop card and make sure u get a receipt of the balance of your pop card to make sure the amount they put in is the amount u gave them……

“I don’t will choose it hotel again”

“Ceiling in the bathroom kept leaking water I asked them to fix it or switch our room and all they did was open an access panel in the ceiling and knock all the water down they didn’t even mop up the water next day water was pouring down again. I think it was shower water from the room above us. When they clean the room they only clean the visible areas not under the beds, under the sink or on top of tall things like the clothes steamer. The room and property “looked” nice but that’s about it.”
