“We had a good experience in general. The location of the hotel is very central. The fan of the central air ventilation was too loud in our suite room and when we complained, the hotel upgraded us to a connected family room free of charge the next day. Also we got a late check out as there was availability. The receptionist named Anna was very helpful. ”

“This beautiful apartment is exactly how it is represented in the pictures. No horrible surprises here! It has everything you could need and is modern, nicely decorated and in a lovely quiet area not too far from the centre, about a 10 minute drive. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“Bar handles of stairs weren't steady, fridge didn't work, toilet flush button was gone, and its lid was broken. AC made noises that would wake me up. I really liked the idea of the room, but it seemed like everything was too old.”
