“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”

“The room was clean, and the hotel relatively quiet. We were traveling with a dog, so it was to find a pet friendly hotel. We were disappointed there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The kitchenette in the room was nice even though we had a quick stay and did not use if. It would’ve been nice to have some type of bakery items available for breakfast instead of just coffee. It would also be nice to have the option of tea instead of just coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay……

Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. “Front desk person was very nice and gave us water bottles after we checked in super late. The shuttles and extended parking are great perks. The breakfast, although small, was delicious. The room may need a little bit more of an upgrade but it was clean and comfortable.”
