“The home is a decent distance off the highway but the scenery you'll see while driving to it are gorgeous. On the first day, we saw 3 deer and 2 rabbits! The driveway is very steep and made of gravel, so keep that in mind when choosing what vehicle to bring. If it has been raining, your tires may slip a bit going up. Upon arrival, the views are stunning and my dog had a blast running around the open yard. There was a cat lounging on the deck (Not sure if it belongs to the home or a neighbor,……

“We went to that area to ride the Virginia creeper Trail bike trail. The location was perfect. The house was spotless and provided an excellent lodging option for four adults. We would definitely rent this place again.”

“The home was beautiful, a nice little retreat. An adventure to get back to and definitely somewhere we will be back. Communication was great, definitely take food in. About 15-20 minutes to the closest store. But we all can’t wait to be back. Perfect for visiting the family over the weekend.”
