“Received a call from owner stating that he was living at the residence. The property manager never took it off VRBO. I had to have my bank take the charges off... Very disappointed in Evolve property management”

“Nice place easy to get to. Things that would better screen door should swing to right not left. Then you could use hand rail to climb the four steps, maybe a k-cup coffee maker. We would stay there again. Hostess was very friendly.”

“The short walk to the beach was our favorite part…literally walk out the front door and cross A1A. The small, compact unit was perfect for two adults. It was clean with a spacious great room with views of the water through the large plate glass windows. We saw beautiful sunrises. Parking is along side the building and this first floor unit was easy to access from the car. Highly recommend for two people.”

“Relaxing & serene spot. Went out on the dock for a couple hrs. Very quiet area. Comfy bed & charming inside & out. Everything you could need. Great hosts. Communicated quickly & friendly. Would most definitely stay again. ”

“Overall we were terribly disappointed with the unit as soon as we entered. We quickly realized the online pictures were deceiving. Great location, 50 yards to the Atlantic Ocean, but too many issues with the unit itself. Shower curtain rod kept falling down, it needed replacing. The bathroom was dark. It was hard to shave with only the vanity light on. Air handler would not shut off, it ran 24/7 and was very loud in the bedroom. It was located in a adjacent bedroom closet. King size bed……

“This quiet non-commercialized beach town surprised us. It is delightful. Short walk to a very private beach. Owners were generous to give us their parking spots, bikes, and more. Roomy, comfortable, clean, and very well appointed efficiency apartment. Comfortable bed. We would return and highly recommend it!”

“We stayed at the Osprey Nest for four weeks. We were interested in exploring the area, and like the old Florida feel of the town. The rental is in a great location, very walkable, close to very good restaurants and of course the beach. The rental itself looks brand new, well stocked kitchen, easy parking, easy drive to St Augustine, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach - all along A1A.Highlights include a walking tour of St Augustine, seeing manatees at Blue Spring State Park near Deland, touring the……
