Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating ”

“Third trip to area and this rental was our favorite stay! Even Bristol our dog loved the balcanies to sit and smell the ocean breezes! She loved laying on the bed in the evenings watching the waves! “If you want to find a slice of old Florida, with direct access to a pristine lake, then this place won't disappoint!We stayed for only a couple of nights, but very much wish it had been more. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also enormous, with a separate bathroom which was far bigger than expected.The pictures don't really do this place justice. The location is incredible, with a view (and sunsets) that are world class. Also, the De Leon State Park is literally……

“They house is in a great location. Woke up in the morning coffee on the patio and watched dolphins.Problem is the photos and descriptions are dated. Landscaping is a mess, have to step around a cactus to get to boat dock. need your shoes for dock as the wood is rotting badly. TV on patio, screen is burnt in the right with a line going straight through the screen also. Grill is rusted out and burners are falling off. Not safe in my opinion. Furniture very dated, not real comfortable. Refrigerator……

“Manager was very responsive. Check-in was easy. Good location, clean linens, adequate bath supplies, well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the screened porch. Only suggestions, but not affecting our stay, new window treatments and carpet would be nicer. Also furnishings are dated. But all was comfortable .”
