“My husband and I loved our month at the Merlot property. The home was very clean, well maintained and very well stocked. It worked well inside and out for us, and for friends and family that came to visit. Now I never want to live without an heated pool! So great to come home after an hike and soak/swim. Extra bonus was the fire pit table and comfy chairs that weren’t in in the photos of the property, we used it every night! I was remote working while down there, so I used a folding table……

“The house is well appointed for a long stay and is in a great location for hiking, restaurants, shopping and gyms. The back yard, with both sun and shade, is a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons. The owner was responsive to our few questions. We would definitely recommend this house and will be looking to stay again. ”

“If you like a quiet and relaxing stay, Crestview is the place. Quiet neighborhood with backyard view of the golf course. Listen to the chatter of birds and golfers. There was a handful of minor inconveniences that I felt should have been addressed before our stay but Elite Properties was quick to respond and resolve them. Overall a very enjoyable stay.”

“Over all it was a good experience, met some great neighbors.... The only complaint we had was the tile and wood floors were filthy. We cleaned them. I bought four solar lights for outside and put two new rugs outside the two doors on the Patio. The next guest will enjoy the grill, I spent 3 hours cleaning.... That's just me. We are looking at renting again in October... Thanks Al....”
