“We stayed there for the spring break and were very happy with this rental house. Pros: 1. The house was clean and additional cleaning supplies were in stock.2. Well equipped kitchen with a number of devices. I'd like to mention that the pots and devices like air fryer were like new. 3. Air hockey, other toys, high chair, extra baby bed made our stay with 4 kids more pleasant. 4. Great location, close to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. “We had a great time staying at Cousin Sid. The kids enjoyed the tractor .The home was clean and as described and close to everything we needed.The only problem we had was the floor vents not being attached to the floor.The kids kept tripping on them other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”

“In town for son’s army commissioning and his and his girlfriend’s graduation. Her family from across the country was in town and they were having to drive 45 minutes to get to events. We were able to gather in the yard after graduation to celebrate the two graduates. We were able to pick up pizza and chicken from Walmart within minutes. Bring your chairs and enjoy the surroundings. Property manager right next door. This is not the place to have a lot of activity but just right to kick back……
