“We were pleasantly surprised by this cozy gem of a home, which was perfect for two couples with separate living areas upstairs and down annd lots of little extras. Extremely well equipped, nicely decorated and easily accessible - it surpassed our expectations. We’d love to come back one day! ”

“The property was quite lovely. The views are amazing. We stayed here to go to a concert at Red Rocks, about 40 minutes away. This would have been a fairly uneventful stay, but the day we arrived there was 8 inches of snow on the ground in early May! By the time the morning came it was over a foot! Fortunately, we had heeded the requirement to get a 4wd vehicle for our stay and had one capable enough to get up the road, and then out again. For reference, it was a new Ford Bronco, and I am not……

“The location was amazing and this was the only place in the area that could sleep a group our size. The beds (3 bunk beds, then 2 queen beds) were great and the host was so kind. Dingo the dog on the property was also adorable and such a good pup! There were also some really stunning look out points the host shared with us which we enjoyed immensely. We were able to check in a bit early which was also very helpful. The down sides: we had to do some serious cleaning when we arrived the couch was……
