“Staff members were excellent. Hotel hasn’t been updated for years. Duct tape carpet. Wall paper failing. No exterior access except for the front door ”

“Get rid of the all the scents you pump into hallways. There is nothing else wrong with this hotel except how it smells. Make it smell like fresh air and not chemicals. Also your front desk staff is AMAZING. Very kind and considerate. ”

“Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. Pool is open 24 hours. There was adequate light in the room, which I really appreciate. ”

“Clean, nice staff. I’m not too sure what everyone else was complaining about but I enjoyed my stay here. Bed was comfy, room got cleaned though they do not have do not disturb signs, which I would have appreciated during this time. Internet worked great, however remote in room was not programmed. Overall good stay and easy check out ”

“This hotel was such a VIBE! Incredible. A lot of thought and care and structure went into this environment. Making sure it leaves a lasting impression of multiple levels of excitement and warmth. As a person who worked in Vancouver BC in a 5 star hotel this was incredible. I’ll be back! ”
