“I had several lights out in my room and asked for bulb replacement. After 3 days waiting, hotel maintenance never replaced the burned-out bulbs. Hotel maintenance also never repaired the handicap hotel entrance doors. The doors were constantly being used and the hotel lobby was always cold because the doors never self-closed. I felt that there is no hotel maintenance staff”

“The building is older but it is kept clean. The staff were so very kind and accommodating! The parking was great until Friday night - people took two spots instead of one and there was someone who brought a large pontoon boat and they took up five spots. That was frustrating but probably wasn’t any fault of the hotel. It was all in all a good experience.”
