“サマルカンドを家族旅行で訪れた際に2泊利用しました。
内装もとてもおしゃれで非常に過ごしやすいホテルでした。
スタッフもとても親切で丁寧な対応です。
朝食もも個々で作ってくれました。
ドル支払いを希望したところ、お釣りにドルがないとなり、急いで近隣のホテルで両替をしてきてくれました。
また、初日シャワーのお湯が出にくかったので、オーナーに伝えたところ、翌日には熱湯が出るほど改善されていました。
部屋が広すぎて暖房が効くまで寒かったのと、部屋の鍵が掛けづらかったので、修理されるともっと良いと思います。
また家族で訪れる際はぜひ利用したいです。

ホストの英語が流暢で、相談すると全力でサポートしてくれる。

部屋も広々としている(ダブル)
お茶/コーヒーのウェルカムドリンクあり。
悪い点。
ダブル/ツインルームが二つあり、トイレとシャワーはその二部屋での共同なので、使用したい時間がかぶると大変。
トイレとシャワーの下水の匂いがややきつめ。(自分の部屋の中までは匂ってこない)
部屋の窓はすべてパティオに向いているので、宿泊者の質によってはうるさいかも？(自分の時はそんなことはなかったので、あくまで推察)”
