“The hotel is located in a good area for business trip, however, with such high level hotel there should have free wifi. Unfortunately, the wifi is not included. This is complete not convenience for business traveller.”

“The housekeeping staff mistakenly threw away my envelope enclosed with 1400 USD equivalent cash. “I checked in very late for 3 days and checked out also at mid night for this business trip. The location is walking distance to Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall (10-15mins, OK for cooler time but definitely not in summer). However, not convenience to take metro.”
