“This property was absolutley amazing and beautiful. The horses were great neighbors and very sweet. The cabin was so comfy and cozy. We kept a fire in the wood stove which made it even more cozy. We got married on oct 16th 2024 and this slice of paridase had us so relaxed. We saw the supermoon hunters moon, some shooting stars, sunrise, and sun and moon in the sky at the same time. The fire pit was perfect for smores. Being hikers we used a mini cook stove in the morning to make some coffee and……

“We stayed here 2 nights traveling through PA to Ohio. Picked the area to visit Koziar’s Christmas Village which we loved! The Cozy Cabin was super cute, clean and convenient. They were very accommodating letting us change our stay due to illness. Highly recommend - everything was great! ”

“We have been staying at this beautiful home for several years. There are 5 couples that come in from all of the country to meet at this remote yet close to fun activities getaway. If you want a place to enjoy the outdoors, have plenty of room to play games, sing karaoke, enjoy the beautiful views, open floor concept, there are 3 floors we utilize all of them, many fireplaces and trails to hike, close to Lesser Lake for some icefishing and the market 5 min away has everything and more. Short ride……

“Stayed in the cabin over Christmas, was well kept and nice cabin. Plenty of pots/pans for cooking, bedrooms were a nice size and decor was a blend of clean / rustic accents. Loved the toy section for my little kids and the board games.”

“This place was amazing! Amazing views, serene property, so quiet. There is a train that is nearby, but they don't blow the horn close and the sounds are beautiful and haunting. Everything in the cabin is very clearly labelled and accessible with so much accommodation in mind, much more than the dozens of short term rentals I've been to over the years. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and sheets. I cannot overstate just how spacious the place was. There were only two of us staying there……

“Smoke alarm battery was weak and constantly chirped for several hours. Finally stopped. Stove top was filthy! Need a night light at top of stairs above kitchen. Building was very cozy and well laid out. priced very reasonable. Once the problems are resolved I would rate the facility 8 or 9”
