“We stayed with a very large group of 21 adults and kids. The property was spacious and comfortable. We stayed during the winter, but I’m sure in spring and summertime with the lake. This property would be adorable. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade their beds and mattresses which are kind of old and uncomfortable.”

“This place was amazing! Amazing views, serene property, so quiet. There is a train that is nearby, but they don't blow the horn close and the sounds are beautiful and haunting. Everything in the cabin is very clearly labelled and accessible with so much accommodation in mind, much more than the dozens of short term rentals I've been to over the years. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and sheets. I cannot overstate just how spacious the place was. There were only two of us staying there……

“Great place to stay. Easy access to many PA adventures from this location. Very clean and nice. Quite a few dishes to use in kitchen. The village is amazing. A little slice of old country in the middle of the city!! Only downfall was there wasn’t an ample amount of paper products and we had to go out to purchase them for use during our stay. But other than that amazing place. Would stay again! ”

“The Chalet was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space and we had the huge family room to gather. It was very clean and had extras to help until we could get to a store. We had a wonderful time.”

“This property was absolutley amazing and beautiful. The horses were great neighbors and very sweet. The cabin was so comfy and cozy. We kept a fire in the wood stove which made it even more cozy. We got married on oct 16th 2024 and this slice of paridase had us so relaxed. We saw the supermoon hunters moon, some shooting stars, sunrise, and sun and moon in the sky at the same time. The fire pit was perfect for smores. Being hikers we used a mini cook stove in the morning to make some coffee and……

“Everything was very clean and roomy. The air freshener scent was a bit strong but was remediated by opening windows. There were six of us and we never had issues with space or enough hot water. The only issues were a lack of tissues, no bake wear in the kitchen, and ants in the basement bedroom and bathroom.Overall, definitely recommend.”
