Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. The area is beautiful and quiet. The property is very pet-friendly (we were traveling with our dog). She enjoyed walking along the road and got to see cows up close and personal for the first time. The listing is accurate……

“Unable to get a hotel room so this was the only alternative. The RV was listed as big enough to sleep 4. Three would have been possible but 4 a stretch and there’s no way 4 people could have taken a hot shower. I got a lukewarm one day one (only in for several minutes) and my son’s was ice cold. Also the place was clean but smelled of stale beer. Also the AC ran constantly even though thermostat was set at 75 degrees. Place was frigid.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time! We really enjoyed the trails!”

“Milda and Brandey did everything to make our stay blissful in this private, enchanted space. As Brandey predicted, the daffodils had started to bloom, which made for a beautiful backdrop along with the ponds. We had a small group for a ceremony and a buffet, eat-from-your-lap style dinner. The trails were lovely and the landscape design inspiring. We caught a fish and heard many types of birds including a barred owl and golden crowned kinglet. Chicadee's were nesting in the bird house. “This was a great place to stay. Great view of the river on the great deck. The house was perfect for the family. I would definitely like to rent for another time. We will be coming down in the fall to go to Va Tech football games and will try to rent again.”
