"The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room. Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff. The cups and the electric kettle are clean. I feel safe when using them. Wifi connection is good and stable. ..."

"First of all im going to put it out there this Hotel is by no means what so ever a 5 star hotel, i have no idea how it has been awarded that. Lets just bare in mind the Savoy is 5 star.
