“We came to visit the Silver Lake Sand Dunes but we had more fun hanging out at the rental!! The property is in a wonderful location! A park right across the street, the beach 5 minutes away, and a mini market with ice cream on the corner. Our family made great use of the kayaks, tubes, cornhole, and horseshoes supplied by the host. We had such a fun time my son wanted to rebook for July 4th but it’s already reserved. ”

“The location to the beach is awesome. You can watch the sunset from the deck. Easy access with only a few steps to the beach. It was nice to have the option of a bonfire on the beach or deck. The stairs are as explained in the write up. It was nice to have the big table in the back room to play games and have the kids hang out.”

“The house was perfect for our annual family getaway. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beach (dunes). It was spacious and fit everyone’s needs. We highly recommend and would stay again. ”

“We were looking for a quiet retreat for our family close to our favorite Michigan beach. This fit the bill. The lack of internet was such a nice break. We loved the extensive movie collection. ”

“Property was excellent. Listing a bit miss leading. I would not say it is beachfront. There is a road that runs in between the house and beach. There are also about 90 steps to get from the house down to the beach. Otherwise the house was awesome! It was stock with everything you could need. The view was perfect.”

“This was a nice large house perfect for a large group with plenty of room. It was clean and within a great location to hit the sand dunes! The only negative is that the listing states private pool and beach access within this community, however we never found it and there were no directions provided on how to get there. We would have liked to check it out. ”
