“My family and I stayed for a weekend in the off season, and we had a very nice time. Erick is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area, able to answer any questions you might have. The cottage is situated in a neighborhood, so it's ideal for those who want to have a quiet stay and aren't planning to get up to too much rowdiness. The neighborhood private beach access is just a short drive or brisk walk down the road, and we got there just in time to see a stunning Lake……

“Our group, the White Lake Area Climate Action Council enjoyed your space for our steering committee retreat. It was perfect for four people. We enjoyed the intimacy of the space and the wooded setting. We even ventured for a walk in the 15 degree temps. Lovely spot. Thank-you!”

“Was only a 2 night stay but was definitely worth it! House was very clean, driveway is nice and long to fit all of your vehicles and Jon was very nice and easy to get ahold of! Will definitely be staying again!”

I say not for everybody in part because you need to take a series of stairs including nearly 30 steps to reach the cabin from the parking space provided. While we (both in our 70's) didn't have a problem, others may well prefer few stairs. The cabin is also not fancy or modern and has a few quirks including a noticeable slant towards the lake. “Great stay for the opener of Trout season. Perfect spot on the river. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. ”

“WOW! The space we all had in the house was amazing. The large deck outside was a bonus and where we found ourselves all the time. We will be back!”

“We looked at several homes during our October Break and so happy we chose this one. The heated pool was amazing in October. Lewis Farms was a huge hit with the kids. Ludington State park hikes to see all the amazing changing colors. This house was perfect for the 4 families - plenty of space, fully stocked and just so comfortable all around! Shawn and Naomi were wonderful answering all my questions (and I had a ton) :) Nothing we would have changed at all. Even in October the beach was……
