“It was such a lovely stay, with watching the boats all day, and different kinds of birds and ducks that would come by the dock. We watched the Southern Empress leave out on Sat. Not only was he quick to respond at all hours, (not expected), he is transparent and so gracious. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience at the Lakehouse.
