The outlets in the living room didn't work, but that wasn't a big enough deal to remove a star. The rocking chairs on the porch were so comfortable, and it was great to have a free reserved parking spot since it costs 20 and is difficult to get a public spot later in the day to tour. “Loved this cute little basement apartment for our stay at Harpers Ferry! Parking was a little tight but at least there was parking. The room still smelled new and beds were so comfortable! Only issue was the upstairs neighbors decided to run their water starting at 5:45am and the water pipes were very noisy in the basement! It woke both me and my friend up… we tried to fall back asleep but gave up by 7 when it was clear they were not turning it off anytime soon. Other than that it was great! ”

“This above garage apartment was perfect for a weekend away with my daughter. We headed into harpers ferry (just a 10 minute drive) for white water rafting. The local restaurants ( walking distance) were great- boxcar was a fav for delicious burgers and beans at the belfry for cool ambiance. Brunswick is hilly so the walk is short but a good workout! The apartment was well stocked with coffee, tea and even cooking spices. Clean and comfy and very aesthetically pleasing. ”

“this location was absolutely perfect for my son and I trip to Harper ferry. We knew we wanted to be right in lower town near the old buildings and the river and it didn’t disappoint. Well lower town doesn’t offer a wide variety of restaurants that stay open super late. The ones that do are more than adequate. I highly recommend stopping by the rabbit hole and battleground coffee. The only thing I will say about this VRBO is that if you were over 6 feet tall, you may feel a little claustrophobic……

“This was supposed to have been an anniversary stay. It was not cozy, clean or anything I expected. While the manager was easy to contact. He refused to see the problems with the property. He acknowledged knowing some of the issued and said they could have had maintenance take care of them had I elected to stay. I felt as if that should have been addressed before my stay. I tried to get a partial refund. They refused. We stayed no nights!! When I advised I was going to leave a negative review.……

“I was visiting family and loved this apartment! It was in a great location close to all things downtown Brunswick. Could walk to restaurants, a brewery, bakery, and convenience store. The owner was so nice and we felt very welcome! Definitely be prepared to hear trains but luckily my kids loved watching them go by. Cute balcony area too. It was a super cute rental and we appreciated how there were a few kids toys and games to play with there already! Recommend! ”
