“Our 1st getaway with our 2 Australian Shepherds. The place was well kept, clean and charming. Exactly what we wanted for a couple of days away. Also, loved the fenced back yard.I would come again if it was just my husband and myself but I would not bring the dogs again. No fault to the homeowner but one of my dogs is anxious. Hearing walking around upstairs from 12-2am really upset him so that equalled not much sleep for us.”

“We booked this stay 3 months out, was emailed confirmation, communicated with host about questions we had, and received a checkin email the day prior to our stay. We arrived around 6:30om and the host was not expecting us, left us standing on the porch to come out 10 minutes later and tell us her assistant double booked and she didn’t have a room for us. It was now almost 7pm and was offered a blow up mattress in a front room and would have to share a bathroom with someone. The Tarwheel Ride was……

“Walking distance to Pier & beach if u don't have leg & back issues. Right across the street from beach 🏖️. Everyone is very kind. None of the appliances working on kitchen counter but we found a way. LoL The snacks, drinks, & wine everyday were wonderful compliments to our trip. PS. Please clean the seagulls poop off Deck!! ”

“Our stay at Beach Rd Bed and Breakfast was amazing! The house is perfectly located across from the beach which provided amazing sunrise and sunset views! The Corolla room had a perfect private balcony and was the best spot for a short beach trip with my dog. The owners left out snacks for breakfast and happy hour which was the sweetest touch! A 10/10 experience!! ”

“The property was very nice, clean and everyone was friendly. It was a great location just a quick walk to the beach. The only thing I would like more of was more of a selection for breakfast such as bagels and toast.”
