“Read some negative comments from various hotels booking website, have struggled to book it or not, but there are not really many hotels / ryokans in Onomichi. “The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were the highlight of our stay. Our room had a nice view of the sea, beds were very comfortable, and i had a good sleep. The hosts were very welcoming and gracious. This location was on the Shimanami Trail, right next to the shotengai, and across a ferry landing. Very quiet and charming place.”
