“We had a wonderful stay at Hunters property. Check in and walkthrough process with the property manager was easy. The house has plenty of space, 2 TV rooms, large kitchen and sitting room and a separate dining area. We traveled with friends, our 16 year old and our 1 year toddler. There was enough activities for everyone to enjoy. The basement has a gym, pool table, ping pong and a sauna. We look forward to coming back in the summer when the pool is open. “Let me start off by saying that the host, NK, was excellent. They responded quickly to all questions and concerns. They were very accommodating. However, upon arrival, a little past our 4pm check in time, the cleaning crew was still there, although they said they’d be done quick, we waited over 20 minutes for them to finish. It seemed they were in a rush to finish. Which resulted in them forgetting to leave basic toiletries. However, the host was very apologetic and even went as far as……

“The overall experience was very good. There are a few minor things that would have helped the stay be better. The heat was great as long as you follow the instructions of keeping doors closed. But the Hot water was luck/warm the entire 4 days. A list of things already deficient in the house would have been helpful. Indicating how the light switch works and labeling them to what they turn on. microwave did not work, the liquid dish detergent dispenser is broken, the arm chair in the living room……

“The house was booked for a total of 11 folks including my special needs son for a family reunion at my uncle’s house in Milford PA. Upon entering the house, you had to walk up 4 steps to the kitchen. The urine smell from a pet was still in the air. Spider webs, dirty walls and a sign saying “do not use oven” were the first things you seen when entering the kitchen. “The property owner never gave me access to the house and she never answered my calls or vrbo couldn't even contact her we had purchased food to cook while we stay there from 12/27/22 to 12/30/22 so all our groceries went bad then vrbo tried to put us in a hotel and there system was down so we contacted friends to send us money for hotel stay and food..this was one of the worst experiences ever”
