“Good ”

“We enjoyed our time here. House was clean and was exactly as described in the listing. We used the boat dock for our boat over the weekend. The one thing that I wish we would have known is just how heavily trafficked this part of the lake is. The many boats go very fast and causing giant wakes last the docks which made it a little unsafe for our young kids at a few times. This is not controlled by the homeowner and was likely a product of a warm weather weekend. ”

“Stay was great minus the fact there was no toilet paper and had to wait for someone to bring it. ”

“We were celebrating my 60th birthday with our adult children and grandchildren. It was a lovely property. Some of the nice features were the large windows/ skylight with lots of natural sunlight, the scenic woodsy view, the wraparound deck, the fire pit and the large bathtub with jets. Some minor maintenance/ upkeep was needed, such as replacing blinds with missing slats, cleaning the top of the refrigerator andreplacing the c drain cover in the shower”

“The house was absolutely gorgeous and very cleanly. The host was so very informative and pleasant to work with. Our only regret was not staying longer! Definitely would stay here again in the future!”

“Our large group had a great time at Green Gables. Communications with our hosts were prompt and efficient. The home is beautiful and was more than enough room for our 20 group. We were able to prepare meals everyday in the kitchen, there was more than enough room especially with 4 people cooking. The table was way bigger than the picture made it seem. We were able to fit a large amount of us during meals and playing games. Our group was skeptical about the bathroom situation, but the 5 bathrooms……

“Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. ”
