Es gibt dort schön duftende Naturkosmetik (Seife, Handcreme, Duschbad und sogar eine Haarspülung) und sogar einen Haartrockner von Valera. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. “I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend……

“Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast.
