“For what it is, this property is a 5/5. It’s one of the better rates on the beach, and has to be one of the nicest hotels for the rate anywhere. Very clean, beautiful lobby view, convenient pool/beach access and very friendly staff. It looks somewhat like a resort but don’t expect resort service (it’s not a resort) and you’re exoectations will be exceeded. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. ”

“The property is a good rental property where we had rented from the owners several times at the Gulf. The problem with this situation was Expedia. When we viewed the property online before renting there was no photos of the exact rental we were interested in renting and were not sure which unit or floor we would be on however we trusted Brett Robinson rentals from prior trips. “Very clean and plenty of space. My husband, myself and our adult son had plenty of space to relax for a few days. The condo was very clean and just a quick walk down to the beach! A fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans etc, just need a strainer. All appliances worked well and we appreciated the ability to use the keurig since we had brought our own kcups.
